I have always been under the impression it's not a philly cheese steak unless it has provolone. Cannot imagine it with white American. Decent beef sandwich for sure but NOT a philly cheesesteak. Although another type I have heard and seen on tv about is using cheese whiz. Not so good eats IMO

Navajo Tacos are good, but I'd choose a Philly from "The Philadelphian" or a Golden Burger (a pastrami burger on garlic Texas toast) from Olympus or Apollo Burger.

We got Phillys (we all ordered pepper steaks) yesterday from The Philadelphian, & I tried their English Chips for the first time (liked them).

My cousin's GF is a Native American and she makes some Kick A Navajo Tacos, but I stand by my first sentence

Ain't no such animal around here unless it is made by a chain restaurant.

I guess we'll have to settle for dirty water dogs with mustard, chili, onions; BBQ plates, and fish camps.
