Did a butt for my boss and a brined turkey breast for us yesterday. After taking the butt off,I totally forgot to
close down the vents. I was watering some plants today,and was going to cover the WSM. I noticed that the cooker was still reading 180*!! WOW! This thing still amazes me. What a great invention.
