My Genesis silver blew over in a wind storm the other day and broke the right side hinge off the endcap. I have been looking for a donor but no luck so far. The part number is 87321. From looking at a prior post it looks to be maybe an 04 in that the handle is curved and the attachment to the endcaps is a single screw underneath the handle. The metal is white metal and according to a welder when heat is applied it will just deform. Any ideas?

I've had about 30 Webers come and go and have only come across ONE where the curved handle is attached underneath the handle. 87321 - this is for a 3-burner, right?
I have a 2005 Silver B lid. The handle is attached from the side of the endcaps, but as long as you switch both endcaps for the different handle mount and also replace the handle, it should work.

I would do what I suggested in this thread and simple find a new lid with both end caps. Otherwise, you might be able to just swap out the two end caps and handle and keep the porcelain lid.
