Many many moons ago, I started with a charcoal Brinkmann which I never got to work right. Quickly moved to the electric version which worked much better. From there went to a gas Smoke Vault 24 then added another SV24. Rocked that way for several years then added a Slow-n-Sear the the Weber Kettle hoping for more authentic smoked food. Added another kettle and rocked that way for several years.
Was looking for a bit more volume and versatility so I purchased two WSM's, a 22.5 and 18.5. When you want to learn something seek out the masters. So here I am today at the TVWBB hoping to learn from the best while starting my new adventure.
