    chicken and ribs

    Hey all, anyone ever cook chicken and ribs at the same time? I have an 18" WSM and plan on making both on Saturday. Any tips or suggestions?

    If you are going to try this I would do high heat ribs. Chicken skin doesn't come out that great when cooking at lower temps. Maybe start the high heat ribs first and add the chicken for the last hour or so. Here is a cook that Barb did with the HH ribs:
