I am looking forward to communicating with other people addicted to smoking! I can't get enough so far. Wal-Mart had a 14.5 smokey mountain mismarked for $70. I had not idea it was really worth $200 until I looked it up on line. I never would have even started smoking had wal mart not made that error. Now I am hooked! I got pretty much everything 4 hours and under mastered. It's the long cooks requiring me to keep the coals lit for 12 plus hours is where I'm getting hung up now. Hopefully I get some input on my other posts about that!
 
Welcome, Paul. I've been spending quite a bit of time in St. Louis over the past 3 months for my job and am enjoying finding new places to eat.
