Just started my build for a Gravity Feed Smoker. The forum I found it at says it should be able to handle 8 butts.
The main reason I'm posting is because these were designed to run on an Automatic Temperature Controller (ATC) and the heatermeter certainly fits the bill.

Don't ask why I have it in my Living Room. I don't have a workshop (I need to work on that), so I have to do all the welding in the backyard. Looked like rain, so I brought it inside.
