Hi to all,

i'm from south of Italy, i'm here to improve my barbecue techniques and smoke....i like southern style of cooking. I hope to increase my bbq recipes and perfect my skills.

Ciao! South of Italy? That's Malta... ; ' ) Been there too. Welcome to the forum.

Rome is about as far south as I ever made it. Most of my time in Italy was spent at Camp Ederle in Vicenza, Aviano AB, and Venice.

Back in the 70s I used to ski outside of Brixen/Bressenone and Trento areas.
