Looking at the Weber version obviously, but is there a better one I should take a look at?
 
The Cajun bandit one is the way to go. It's stainless steel so it will last a lot longer, and it can be flipped over and used on a 22 wsm as well. I've cooked chicken and rib roasts with mine to perfection.
