Been lurking for a while while I did homework on a new smoker. Hoping to pull the trigger on an 18.5 in the next few weeks, or sooner if I can find a good deal on CL.

I'm hoping to get some practice in on some beef ribs or brisket. I have a buddy who's in the hospital and I promised him some smoked meats when he gets out.
