It’s nice out so time to cook. Pork chops with egg wash then into Fish Fry Breading mix with some Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning added. Chops on Performer indirect for about 5 minutes each side, then direct turning every couple of minutes to get some grill marks. Pulled at 130* internal.
Side dish of asparagus with EVOO and TJ’s 21 season blend spice cooked in CI skillet.
Plated along with some of my left over potato salad. Nice and simple and great flavor.
