large ss fish basket

Went to my local second hand store and found the large ss fish basket for 5 bucks. Not sure how I will use it but for that price I decided to add it to my arsenal.
 
I have had one of those for thirty some years and used it once (for a boneless leg of lamb)
I even put it in a garage sale for fifty cents once and NO ONE looked at it! It's hanging in the garage to this day!

I used to have one, but it was a PITB to clean up. Never used it again.
 
Yea, it's why I was never excited about it before. But seeing it this cheap was hard to resist. I will try it and most likely find it a royal pain to clean also. Was hoping to hear from others about its uses but so far, nothing.
