My favorite thing to cook on the WSM is baby back ribs. Love, love, love a good pork rib! Then pork butt, turkey, brisket, and chicken. My favorite thing to cook on the kettle is a good quality ribeye steak, seasoned simply with kosher salt and pepper. Period. End of sentence. Then tri-tip and porterhouse steak.
