Hello from Central California.

I have been a multi year lurker, but thought it was time to come out of the shadows. I have a pretty nice collection of Webers so far...22" WSM, 22"OTG, 18" OTS, SMJ, Q200 and Genesis...And if that isn't enough I have a Santa Maria style open pit for cooking tri tip over oak. My wife thinks its crazy how many Grills/Smokers I have, but we know they all serve their purpose.

I hope to be able to contribute a fraction as much as I have gleaned from this forum.
