Hello Everyone!
Just purchased my 22.5 WSM today and man I can't be more happy with the results! Ran a seasoning for 6 six hours and kept the temperature within 5-10 degrees the whole time. Totally impressed with the quality of this smoker. I recently was using a Chargriller Akorn Kamado type cheap *** smoker. I can't believe I wasted my money on that POS! Anyway, just wanted to say 'hello' to everyone and I'm sure I'll be seeing you guys more often in the forums!!
