This recipe indicates that boneless recipe doesn't require brining but this recipe advocates brining for bone-in breasts.
Is there something about having the breast bone attached that necessitates brining?
After some messy experiences pouring honey out of a mason jar, someone recommended that I use a honey dipper instead.
Can anyone recommend a good one? Silicone versus wood?
Alternatively, is there something else I should be doing?
