    Will the results be roughly the same as chicken? I usually butterfly the birds without brining and they come out great. I currently don't have a vessel for brining (although I need one) but I do have meat that needs to be cooked

    Is it necessary? This recipe indicates that boneless recipe doesn't require brining but this recipe advocates brining for bone-in breasts. Is there something about having the breast bone attached that necessitates brining?

    Honey Dipper

    After some messy experiences pouring honey out of a mason jar, someone recommended that I use a honey dipper instead. Can anyone recommend a good one? Silicone versus wood? Alternatively, is there something else I should be doing? Thanks.
