I'm doing 2 10 lb. butts today and didn't get started as early as I intended. My question: Can I pull the butts tonight before they are done, refrigerate and finish tomorrow in the oven?
I had the youngest grandson over Thursday and grilled ribs with his help. We had a great time and the ribs turned out great. Here's a few pics...
I used Wolfe Rub Original and glazed with Sweet Baby Rays with honey. Cooked 5 hours at around 250.
