    Viva Las Vegas!

    Hi everyone - new member in Las Vegas, NV...originally from Chicago, IL...decided I had shoveled enough snow in my life, and headed west. Got my first WSM (18.5") this week - first cook is tomorrow. Look forward to learning a lot from all the experts on the VWBB! Jeff

    Does a New WSM Need to be Cured?

    Hi all - just got my first WSM (an 18.5") - should I cure it before the first use? The owner's guide did not mention it, and I have not seen anything in any of the threads (although I may have missed it). Just curious as to what everyone has done and/or suggests...thanks! Jeff
