My wife saw a sale and bought 6 racks of BBs at a good price. I will smoke them tomorrow is there anything I can do to save them. I know to use less salt any other tips.
My first smoke New Years eve was two butts and brisket and it went great. Used Minion method and it went great. Did prime rib past weekend and ribs are next.
Got my smoker for christmas and want to use it this weekend. Can you cook brisket and pork butt together? I assume you cook pork longer, is it better to put pork or beef or top?
