    How much to cook?

    I've always used 1/2 pound of meat per person as a rule of thumb. Often children will eat less, and some adults will eat more. But in the end 1/2 pound will work. Last week we had a graduation party, 75 people in all and that ratio worked for me.Plus we had left overs. Todd
