    Butchers pork injection for home use

    I'm thinking of trying some Butchers pork injection. I don't compete so this will be for a home cook. I'm wondering if I'll be disappointed with the results. Nothing against the product but I know it's probably geared more for comp cooks. Would you guys recommend I try it or pass?
