I smoked spares 2 weeks ago in 22" WSM with outside temp about 75 no wind. Slow smoked at 225 and took right at 6 hours. Kingsford original coals. Straight on with no foil and water half full.

Just want to say hello to everyone, and appreciate this blog and group. I have a WSM 22 and I absolutely love it. Still a newbie when it comes to smoking but it sure makes it much easier. I look forward to all of your expertise and ideas.
