    Rookie Ribs

    I thought they came out good. I was able to maintain the temperatureat 250 or less. I used the minion method I found here for shorter cook times. I didn't have to add any charcaol at all. George

    Rookie Ribs

    I'm in the middle smoking my first spareribs with the WSM. If this works out the way I hope I'll smoke a small shoulder next. Wish me luck!
