    Barb D, doors always open. What you see there is a Brazilian favorite called Picanha. Picana is the rump end of the sirloin. Very tender and flavorful. The sausage is Argentina Chorizo.

    Thanks for the compliments. You guys are correct, photos without descriptions tells half the story. I have spares rubbed with a Kansas City rub, wings marinated with a Peruvian chicken marinade, Argentina Chorizo and fajita meat marinated in a carne asada recipe. Thanks again.
