Any of you smart mofo's know how to connect the new stoker w/wifi directly/wirelessly to a computer with wifi capabilities? Is it even possible? Adhoc?

Ok great success. Plugged eithernet cord directly between computer and blackbox. Manually set ip and Sub net on blackbox and I now can see the stoker page and wifi.html I made changes on wifi.html to match ad-hoc I had set up. As stated above it would not conect on wireless. What's my next step?

Thx I will give that a try tonight. So under this set up I dont need to conect the two with an eithernet cord? Just manually set the ip's to a different last number (last three numbers) and set both net masks to the same? Correct?

Has anyone tried to assemble a box to house a stoker and a wireless router in one? I'm just looking for simplicity here. One power cord, direct conection between stoker and router????? Hate to reinvent the wheel if someone has already tried this.

I would guess your problem was related to the power lines, poorly wired trailer? Were they using a local generator? Something in that range.

I clean mine up in boiling hot water and wipe clean. Heavier build up will take several rotations thru water and wipe down. It is also a good time to calibrate.

Yes, it should show up on your graph. Be shure the box is checked so that it will show on the graph, generally thats the default. (to the right of your alarms and keep warm settings) Next I'd check that the probe is showing up on the stoker itself????
