The Telluride has so many things going on Im lucky if I know how to turn the wipers on. It’s my wife’s car, she drives it most of the time. It’s a nice vehicle but I’ll stick with my 2013 Challenger.
Fortunately, our electric was restored Sunday at 6pm after being out for 3 days. So glad to have the central air back up and running, looks like the next 3 days are gonna be scorchers.
Got this from the township a few hours ago. I bought a window a/c unit (5000 btu) today and installed it in our bar/den on the lowest level. It’s been holding at a nice 72 degrees all day, we’re gonna sleep done here tonight.
We’re glamping!
We had a bad storm hit last night with 70 mph winds. No electricity since 6pm yesterday, estimated restoration time is 11pm Sunday. My little generator handles the well and all lighting but not the central air. No damage so I’m not gonna complain.
Wow, that’s quite an impressive collection! My Son has just started to collect, he set up a little nook in his townhouse. I wouldn’t be able to do that, I’d have a collection of empty bottles! That’s why I collect lanterns, you can’t drink them!
They do a great job with their drink presentation. They have the perfect glassware, ice, garnish etc. for all their drinks. They make all their own bitters and other flavorings for the various cocktails. Their food is quite good as well. I bought one of these for home use...
Still celebrating the day! We returned home this afternoon from a short trip staying at a really cool treehouse in Western MD and saw that our local distillery had some specials going on so we went. Their smoked Old Fashioneds are our favorites.
The yellow looks great when it heats up! I wish I could say the same for my Grass Green one, it turns somewhere between puke and booger green! Sorry no pics…
No, the machine does the work! An inexpensive Chef’s Choice slicer, I’ve had it for quite a while. Works great and is very easy to clean, for occasional home use it’s great. I use it when I cook a top/bottom round for deli roast beef too.
