I gave my WSM 18 to my son when I got the WSK. I don’t think the WSK produces as much of a smoked flavor though, which is fine we don’t like things overly smoked

Our son and his family came over today. He and our granddaughter ran in the Revolutionary Run which goes through our neighborhood. Did some wings on the Performer using the vortex, St Louis ribs on the WSK and a couple salads.

The Telluride has so many things going on Im lucky if I know how to turn the wipers on. It’s my wife’s car, she drives it most of the time. It’s a nice vehicle but I’ll stick with my 2013 Challenger.
