I just purchased the EP-320 with the SS grates and have an overlapping issue (about a 1/4 "). I noticed the other models in the stores seemed like they fit really really tight or they overlapped a little. Anyone else have this problem?? I called Weber and they are sending me another set pronto.

I'm getting conflicting temp readings on my WSM. My probe through a cork at grate level says 320. My lid thermometer says 295. An oven thermometer sitting on the grate says 300. I smoked my first 2 fattys and they were both done (165) in like a little over an hour, which led me to believe...
