    I cooked my second brisket on the 5th for a party we were having. I brined (a purchased chipotle/ancho brine) the 14lb brisket that I had blindly chosen at Sam's for about 12 hours . I lit the charcoal fire at about 3:45 AM using the Minion Method. I put the brisket on (fatside up)...
