Typo Should read "when the "submit" button IS PUSHED"

I know what your problem is--check my posting of a few minutes ago.

Check and see if your username and password are being saved properly when the "submit" button. I've noticed the heatermeter username and password are substituted when you think the email username and password you just entered were saved. An obvious software bug that needs to be fixed!!!

Got it. Leds were reversed. Open lid does work. Looking into the alarm. Muchas thanks

Just wondered what the "shift register" chip's function is in the design of the Heatermeter? Does it have anything to do with the functioning of the LED's and alarm buzzer?

Just finished my first board--rapsberry pi B, thermocouple pit, ambient sensor probe 3. Boots up fine, everything works minus the following: 1. LED's won't activate even after tinkering with the software settings to try and nudge them 2. Lid Open function doesn't seem to work--nothing happens...

Just finished assembling my first board, but have a part left over (thermistor r2.5) for ambient temperature reporting. Where does it go?
