    Stoker Probes...anyone have details on adopting the serial number?

    The probe electronics are a 1-Wire chip (DS2761, DS2762), which is where the serial number comes from (assigned at the factory by Dallas/Maxim). The DS2760/61/62 is a Li-Ion battery charger controller, but it's also used as a thermocouple interface, Rock's used Type-K junctions. See this...

    Stoker WSM adapter..

    Hey Bob - how did you seal up the side-door? That's often the biggest leak in a WSM/Stoker system by far. I did the non-pretty thing and taped my doors up with aluminum tape; I don't use it during cooks.

    Amir - looks like you're using a windows library function that's controlled by locale to parse the temperatures in the telnet stream; non-English locale ignores the '.' and resultingly all the temperatures are 10x... 68.5F is 685F Dana
