Note I've also changed from centigrade to farenheit so it's even more improved than it initially looks!
It's a slow cooker (crock pot in US I think). It has 3 temp settings so I changed it to 'warm' and that made the fluctuations smaller but I'm seeking that flat line!

sorry to disappoint but this is to mount it to a sous vide controller box not bbq. It may be versatile and able to be used for a bbq mount in some capacity though

I'm looking for a way of mounting my HM and was hoping to use magnets. Would putting magnets inside the HM case impact the components, or Pi? I assume it's a bad idea, but thought I would check nonetheless.

Another build done in the UK. Only used it as a sous vide controller so far, but have just fitted the probe jacks tonight ready to try it out on my BBQ at some point in the near future. No plans to hook it up to a blower in the near future though..
