    Weber Genesis 330 restoration help

hey all, I bought a Genesis 330 in 2014 and used it weekly until 2017 when I fell into depression. I’m good now, learned my diet and exercise routine and am back to my old self. I wanted to start grilling again but my grill is in pretty rough shape after 7 years of neglect in Florida weather...

Going big on 3rd cook, need advice.

Hi, I’m hosting a super bowl party for a bunch of military families, and I’ve only made two things on my 18” WSM (a single chicken and a single rack of ribs, both using the beginners methods from this page). For this third cook I want to do a brisket and three racks of ribs. I figure I’ll do...

Brand New Genesis E-330, chipped grates

Ok, bought this bad boy from the BX two months ago but just moved into my house last week and just unboxed this beast yesterday afternoon. I was super careful putting it together, and when I opened up the grill grate package (dated 2012), I found that one of the grates had a few chips in the...

Bail me out please. Burned on crap.

So I skipped seasoning, thinking webers non-stick spray would do right by me. Now I have tons of crap on my grate, and brushing isn't really doing much. How do I get this grate back down to factory so I can season it and start over anew?

Stainless grates vs gourmet stainless grates for genesis 300?

So I got a brand new E-330 for $675 OTD earlier today, or $243 less than I could get an EP-330 for. But I do kind of covet the heavy duty stainless grates that I'm not getting. So are the cheaper gourmet grates as good as the regular stainless steel grates?

    Grill spray and scrubbers???

    1) So weber sells a water/soybean oil blend that they say is meant to be sprayed on grills, but in all the warnings for the Q grill it says to never spray oil on the grill, only on the food. 2) Weber sells scrubbing pads to clean grills with, but in all the warnings for the Q it days never to...

    American Made Spatula and Tongs?

Kind of like using US products when available, even at a premium. Anyone know of American made grill tools? German made tools can suffice if no American ones can be found, so I'm open to hearing about those too. Thanks

    Hello from the US

Hi, I've been stuck "grilling" on a panini press and a cast iron skillet for the last 6 years due to apt living. But now I've regained a yard and am getting a grill. Back in the day I just bought whatever as I deployed often and didn't want to store a grill. But now I'm a bit more stable and...

I see they people use the 300 series grills as their primary, but what about the 100's? Anyone have one of them as their primary?

A genesis in the hand or a summit in the bush?

So I am getting a grill. I've been grill free for nearly 6 years and want to get something nice this time around (pretty sure I had a char-broil back in the day). In the local paper a summit 670 was listed for $850, a few years old, used very little, the seller responded to my phone call and...
