    2nd cook - babybacks

    I'm cooking babybacks on my new 22 WSM. Temps are holding steady at 250 for the first 30 minutes of the cook. On the BGE, I never flip my ribs. I keep them boneside down for the duration of the cook. Will I need to flip in the WSM?
