Is it possible to cook pork butts and turkey breasts at same time on WSM and get positive results? Read where most cook poultry at higher temp than butts, which raises the concern this will not work.

Added handles (genie garage door lift handles) and grommets. Drilled pilot holes and then 3/8" hole for grommets with no problem. Handles had to bent just a touch for handles to line up. Plan to add 3rd rack that will sit on grommets.  

Have seen some conflicting information about seasoning WSM. Is it necessary and if so how should I do it? Thanks for your help, Tom
