    Back Ribs on the WSM

    I never get tired of those wonderful ribs on the WSM. They never disappoint Rubbed with some pretty basic spices. Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, Cayenne, salt and pepper. Tried to to a few cuts to see how that would work out. Didn't see much of a difference. WSM getting warmed up...

    Smoked Pork chops on spaghetti

    Chicken Vodka-lime on the rottiserie

    Chicken marinated in Vodka-lime mix with 5 limes the cut in half and stuffed in the chicken. Smoked with some hickory for a few hours on the rotisserie and served with some potatoes and bread.

    Rib Roast with cranberry-apple sauce

    Brined Pork rib roast for 5 hours and this is after 1 hour on the wsm using apple wood and mopping with an apple and red ale. After 5 hours at around 250 with some cranberry apple sauce and some potatoes from my garden. Thanks all for visiting my first post here at TVWBB
