    pork butt

Well, I smoked my first two butts and first over night cook. It all turned out great with the exception of the smokey flavor. I used wood chips, instead of chunks. I know that's why it did not have much of a smokey flavor. Where can I buy wood chunks? Should I just order it on line?

Ok folks, I'm brining my turkey as I speak, but the thing is-------I bought a cooler just for brining and it only covers half the turkey. My solution to this problem is to turn it over after 12 hour and brine the other side. Will it make a difference if it is not fully covered?
