    Brisket and Pulled Pork

    Just wondering if anyone has every combined these two meats in a smoke? Dont know if it will work out as far as putting the butts on top of the brisket, wont the drippings from the butt on top ruin the brisket on the bottom using a WSM

    What to do with left over lump!

    I have been a lump head for years, just cant figure out what to do with all the small pieces of lump left over at the bottom of the bags.
