    Man, than is sweet! I tried to get ng piped to my house last yr, it runs down the main rd by my driveway, but I'm about 300ft away and they said they would have to run a new main line down there and it would be a grand total of 12k...So no dice!!:mad: I was going to covert most of my appliances...

    Thinking of picking this up today to do a restore and was wondering what a fair price would be first of all and I have not seen one with the side burner next to the grill as this one is, could this have been added later?Also, is there an optional side table that attaches to the front of the side...

    Charcoal won't stay lit!

    Sounds like your charcoal may have gotten moisture at one time or other, only thing it could be, I agree with Geir, purchase from another location next time!! If you have a moisture meter check it, mine is dry and is 10.3%.

    Well everything went just fine, this cooker settled in around 270 and went solid the rest of the cook.I'll tell ya, I think this is the best butt I've done so far. Did it Mr. Brown method and crusting was perfect, meat was juicy and tender, wow, I'm impressed!! I do believe its got my Akorn...

    Thanks, its settled in around 300 dome temp so I think I'll be ok, not as low as I would have liked but this is my first try and I believe I read that your grate temp is about 15 deg's cooler anyway so 285 is where I'm at. I'm thinking of getting a gasket kit in the future but we'll see.

    Love your pad, hope to have one like it someday, looking at the Mid Atlantic though, never been to the northeast but I know it's beautiful. I did purchase a Woodstock soapstone stove from up there though. Anyway, great looking cook, trying out my, new to me, WSM today. Doing a 6lb butt!!

    Hey everyone, I have to say, this Weber world is quite amazing, as little as one yr ago I didn't own a single one.Never had, never really thought about it. I just figured like everything else, your just paying for the name, overrated.....well after watching quite a few bbq shows on youtube...
