    Pork butt on WSM

    Don't worry if they do not thaw all the way. They will thaw as you cook them. Done it before and turn out great. Just adds a little time to the cook.

    Hello everyone. I am a Weber junkie. I have a dual kettle setup in a custom made table. We use our webers five days a week. Everything from steaks, pork chops to 10 lb sirloin tips. Nothing better than hanging around the grill all day and watching smoke rise.
