    dutch ovens (indoor ones) do you braise?

    I have a Tramontina 6.5 qt. $36 from WalMart, and rated a Best Buy. Only problem is that the knob on the lid is only rated to about 350*, but I never cook anything in it, in the oven, at a higher temp that that. Nice piece for the price. Chuck
