Nate Thanks for the info. I just ordered the latches. My base is a Jumbo Joe so I wont need to order the handle but how did you figure out the position for the holes in the pot?

:(I have read that Stubbs no longer will sell the 15lb bags. What sizes will they sell and whats a good price. From what I see the 9lb goes from 9-15$ Ordering on line the shipping will kill me:(

Thanks Dustin It works very well. The reason I wanted to do it was because I use it for my smoker and it always ended up full of ash and that would choke the vent on long cooks

Got my OTC system today. First off the blades are about 1/4" to long. Should be able to file them down to size no problem The hole that holds the butterfly vent on the grill is for a 1/4x20 screw. Need to enlarge it to around 3/4" or so Got to get a larger step bit. All in all looks like a easy...
