    Smoked this bird for about 4hrs at 250F, basted with melted butter twice during the cook. Once the breast hit 165F, I turned off the smoker, covered the turkey with foil and let it rest for a good hr or so. Very juicy and with a nice smoke ring. This bird tasted awesome!

    I picked up a small flat brisket from my local Aldi store, smoked 2hrs at 250F, wrapped in foil for 4 hrs, then rested for another 2 hrs, this method seems to work best on my smoker. Brisket was tender and juicy, it was really good! :)

    Halibut tacos

    I found some nice halibut fillets on sale at Sprouts, I could not resist. They were very tasty! :) Tropical storm Hillary was all bark and no bite, no damage around the house :)
