    Fair enough John, i can appreciate the keeping quiet about an upcoming new release! I really would like to see an improvement in the handle on the catcher but, have not come up with anything that wouldn’t be ridiculous to implement or how to make it more comfortable for “older” hands.

    SAVE THE RENDERED FAT FOR CONFIT! That stuff is gold! Duck fat is a fabulous frying medium. My grandmother preferred her popcorn popped in goose fat, didn’t snap my cap but, she loved it!

    I might talk with a buddy and get a roll and see about teaching each other how to break one down! Then we will turn the first one into a pile of ground beef or stew meat, freeze that and try again with a second one for improved results!
