Costco pork butt price vs. elsewhere

Bone in or boneless, just avoid enhanced ones like Hormel for BBQ. They are fine for other uses.

Son had a 20# that we tried to rotisserie but with the wind and cold we decided to grate it. Did the apricot cilantro brine and glaze. 40mph gusts and 20 deg temps, the auto kamado shined.

Negative. Put one underneath to catch the drippings.

    Plan for turkey day?

One in the oven ( stuffed ) and one in the Char- Broil Big Easy infrared turkey fryer. I always used the Tony C's but this year I'm trying Zatarain's creole butter for the air fried one.

    What a score today!

In the FAQ's they say a 20# lp tank will last 20 hrs on high. Wind would be the enemy esp a cold one. A few reviews say it's pretty easy to convert to NG .

Another Rotisserie Question - Weber vs OnlyFire

I think the motor just has more torque or umph. My Kamado joe rotisserie doesent have a counterbalance and I've never noticed any problems. Gonna do a 20# turkey sunday for my Son. I'm interested to see how it handles that.
