    How cold does it have to be for you to not BBQ?

    the cold isn't so bad but the wind and snow are a bugger...... usually at -5 and wind/snow I will say no go........we already have 160" of snow this year and a ton more to go. The wind is brutal but plain old cold isn't bad....the wind is a bugger. chris

    very nice. where I live(Keweenaw Peninsula of Michigan) use to be a huge mining area and a ton of Cornish people came here to mine. Most families grew up with Pasties (past-eees) and know how to make them... they were easily carried in miners lunch buckets and typically were a whole meal back...

I've used the link on this site to look at amazon and am wondering what specific ones you guys use for your 18.5 WSM? I saw one for the 22.5 and it had a rotisserie as well as a black ring that it was mounted...

    Thanks, I had one of the best weeks of my life last April........We rented a new house for a week right on the gulf....Port St. Joe to be exact...nice beaches not crowded. and........there was a weber at the house. chris

    I was thinking the performer or the ranch kettle.....Holy big bucks for the ranch kettle................. I looked at the weber site, and it has the desc of them....does the table come with the performer? looks like that may be my ticket.
