Crispy skin on the grill is hard enough let alone a smoker. Even on the BBQ competitions, the pro’s even struggle to achieve this and I’m sure we’ve all seen the tricks, remove skin, scrape off all fat and remove from the rest of the bird part. I have watched a few of his shows and a family...

You devil you, always thinking outside of the box of batter mix. Toni loves to cook so I bought a nice waffle maker, been awhile since the frustrated mess and disappointment many years ago now, it’s French toes I’m da waffle’ maker. Maybe next weekend after she opens it.
