    OK here ya go, the flat washer goes on first on the handle then the wavy washer into the door. on the inside the latch clip goes on first up against the door then a flat washer, a lock washer and finally the nut. If you drill a counter sunk hole for the shoulder bolt it looks factory (see above...

    I use lava rocks with no problems, just cover it with foil. If they too funky just throw them out and get more, only a couple bucks per bag at HD.

    Charcoal grate ?

    Check this out, you cat take two grates and a couple S/S hose clamps and connect them all together, now you have a shaker to shake the ash if neeed be, Ive never had a problem. Only time I need to shake is to save any unused lump or briquettes.

    For all you out there that stripped out the handle, and you know who you are, trust me I know.... LOL!! Get yourself a shoulder bolt to fit the existing dia. and drill a larger hole for the shoulder. Works like a charm.... , RonW.

    I use lava rock for a gas grill, about $7 bucks a bag. Just over with foil to keep grease free. Cheap and works. UnYawn....

    Local grocery "WD" had these on sale for $6 a lbs. couldn't pass 'em up.... Added some Zataran's crab boil to the water. Also bought these so the crabs wouldn't be lonely: Man were thru good....

    Nice, but they are wearing suits.... I used to have two 18.5"'s but sold them and bought the larger 22.5 incher. Still for the money vs. cooker's ability you can't beat the value!
