I definitely need an umbrella for my deck in the backyard. It’s on my to do list, but not in the immediate future. I’m presently doing a carport (12W, 29L & 9H) and I ended up with one from Home Depot. Granted, I had to reject the first one (wrong size) but after this is done, Umbrella is next

Stepping back from "Cowboy / Western" and giving a drama movie consideration (Frontiersmen) The Last of the Mohicans was an awesome movie (imho) Kevin Costner's Dances with Wolves is worthy, and his Wyatt Earp wasn't bad either. The Highwaymen was another good one for him and Woody Harrelson...

The finest movie ever made: Tombstone. Any western made/staring Clint Eastwood is also a winner

This is a cook I’m actually thrilled with. Between the high altitude and the new grill, I’ve had more miss than hits. This one was a hit (imho) Some lake Shasta photos from 07/28/25 If they don’t toss my ashes in the garbage, I hope they do at lake Shasta

I didn’t realize that the smaller, the more difficult, but after you said this, quick search says God’s Truth. I love the flavor of smoked Chuck, the next time I am going to smoke it to 160/170 and then I’m going to drop it in a braise.

So I picked up this lil Chuck thinking it would be 4 hours max. Well after 7 hours at 250, I covered it up and cranked the grill to > 300 I pulled it at 200 figuring it would be tender (no I didn’t probe, it was past 9 PM and I was over it. It tasted good but wouldn’t pass the bendy test...
