    26" for $100

This is slightly banged up as the previous owners Weber summit flew into this one during a pretty aggressive storm. He filed an insurance claim and has a new summit and 26 on the way. I don't need it but I have an addiction so it's now found its way to my back yard. The bowl and lid are in...

Weber Ranch Kettle $600.00 NIB. Whatever happens in Vegas, might not stay in Vegas.

I paid $700 for my NIB ranch. Was worth it. Great cooker. Eats a bag of kingsford every time tho.

    Kettle vs BGE?

Weber is my first love, and I have several (just picked up another 26" OTG for $100). But I use my medium BGE more than any other cooker. Perfect size for my family of five. Temp control is crazy easy and it will hold any temp I need. Generally I grill around 500 and regulate what I am cooking...

    WSM 22" Water Pan

Weber bowls are not painted, it is porcelain enamel. Each bowl is just the lid from another kettle. The 22.5 wsm uses a 18.5 kettle lid for the water bowl, the 18.5 wsm uses the lid of a 14.5 kettle, and the 14.5 wsm breaks my theory.

Brisket / Butts / Ribs - another trip to Restaurant Depot yesterday

Clint, good looking cook and meat. Driving back to Utah today from Kentucky and your view made me homesick. From that angle it looks like you are near Olympus somewhere. We live in west valley but I grew up in Sugarhouse.

    Currently own a 18.5....add a 22.5?

    I have the 18, 22, and 2 14's. I only use the 22.

WSM 18.5" only option in Oz, is it big enough?

Build a UDS. 1 55 gallon drum + 1 lid from a 22.5" kettle = awesome smoker that many say is just as good as a WSM22. I don't have one but have had really good Q from them several times. Good luck.

Weber Summit Charcoal Grill / Grilling Center Owners Thread

I did a beer can style turkey in my big green egg. While it was good, I don't feel it offered an advantage over the turkey laying on its back. I used a turkey stand. Don't remember where I got it.

Very nice refinish. I have a Q200 that I picked up that may need a similar treatment. Thanks for sharing Dave.
